RECOGNITION AND VISIBILITY

Whether you operate a small hotel, the largest resort or are a supplier of services, as a member of the Association you are immediately recognized as a part of Palm Beach county's most important industry. Your involvement in the programs and committees of the Association offer an opportunity to serve this vital part of the County's economy, and gives you an individual voice within the Association and a collective voice through the Association both locally and statewide.

MEETINGS, MONTHLY LUNCHEONS, ANNUAL HOTEL DAY

Professional and social meetings throughout the year give you an opportunity to network and share experiences with other hotel and lodging professionals and suppliers. At monthly luncheons (held on the second Wednesday of each month, except July and August) local, state and national leaders are invited to speak on topics affecting the hotel and travel industry. The Annual Hotel Day with a Job Fair, allied members exhibits, awards presentations and luncheon is held in the fall.

WORKSHOPS, EDUCATION AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Workshops and seminars, as well as research, are sponsored on subjects pertinent to the hotel industry. The Association actively supports and finances scholarships for those committed to a hospitality career either attending college or employed in member hotels.

A STRONG VOICE FOR THE INDUSTRY'S FUTURE AND REPRESENTATION AT THE COUNTY AND STATE GOVERNMENTAL LEVELS

Here is your opportunity to be heard in the local and state arenas of political action that affect our industry. In addition to representing members with other organizations and governmental agencies at the local and county levels, the Palm Beach County Hotel & Lodging Association monitors and lobbies the Florida Legislature and maintains communication with executive branches of state government in Tallahassee.
